Full Terms & Conditions (Extended Version)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Hestia™ “Buy It. Review It. Earn Up to $100” Promotional Program (“Promotion”), operated by HomeHero Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating, the individual (“Participant”, “you”) agrees to all provisions set forth below.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Promotion participation is limited to residents of the United States and United Kingdom.
1.3. Only individuals who purchase the participating product directly from an official Hestia website are eligible.
1.4. One video submission per order is permitted, unless otherwise expressly allowed by the Company.

2. Content Requirements

2.1. Participants must create original video content featuring the Hestia™ Japanese Cherry Blossom Eye Cream.
2.2. The video must be posted on TikTok or Instagram, set to public visibility, and compliant with the platform’s rules.
2.3. Participant must include the hashtag #HestiaPartner clearly in the caption.
2.4. Participants must place their personal Hestia affiliate link in their social media bio. This link must remain visible and active until all payments have been verified and issued.
2.5. Submission to the Company must be made via email to support@homeheroeu.com, including the full URL of the posted video.
2.6. Content that includes profanity, misleading claims, copyrighted audio, hate speech, adult themes, or material harmful to the brand may result in disqualification.

3. View-Based Rewards

3.1. Participants earn compensation based on verified view count at the time of review:

• 10,000–49,999 views → $5

• 50,000–99,999 views → $10

• 100,000–499,999 views → $15

• 500,000+ views → $20

3.2. Videos with fewer than 10,000 verified views are not eligible for view-based compensation.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to withhold compensation if unnatural or fraudulent engagement (e.g., bots, purchased views, engagement exchange groups) is suspected.

4. Affiliate Sale Commission

4.1. Participants earn $3 per sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
4.2. Combined total earnings (view reward + commissions) are capped at $100 per Participant, unless upgraded to the Ambassador Program.
4.3. The Company has the exclusive authority to determine which Participants qualify for Ambassador status.
4.4. Ambassadors earn commission with no cap, subject to separate terms.

5. Payment Process

5.1. Payments may be issued via PayPal or bank transfer based on the Participant’s preference.
5.2. Payment processing may take up to 14 business days after view and sale verification.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4. The Company may request proof of identity or additional verification before releasing payment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. By participating, Participants grant HomeHero Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, promote, or adapt their submitted content across all media formats—including advertisements, paid media, email marketing, print materials, landing pages, and future campaigns.
6.2. Participants agree that such usage may occur without additional compensation beyond what is outlined in these Terms.

7. Program Changes & Termination

7.1. The Company may amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.2. The Company reserves full discretion to interpret and enforce these Terms, and all decisions regarding eligibility and compensation are final.
7.3. The Company may refuse payment for any violation of these Terms or suspicious activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Company is not responsible for lost content, algorithmic suppression, account restrictions, shadowbans, or platform malfunctions affecting video reach or performance.
8.2. Participants release the Company from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion.
